Will I lose my progress if I delete the app?

Yes. Your account is tied to the device, and deleting the app removes the key that identifies it. Reinstalling starts a new game. We are sorry — there is currently no way to recover a deleted account.

I moved to a new device. Can I bring my progress?

Yes. Your progress is part of your device backup, so if you set up the new device by restoring a backup of the old one, you carry on where you left off.

There is no in-app transfer — no account to sign into, no transfer code. If you install the app fresh on the new device instead of restoring, a new game starts.

My coins are not refilling

Coins that come back over time stop at 50. If you already hold 50 or more, nothing is added. Spend below 50 and they start again, one every 20 seconds. For more than that, watch a reward video or visit the shop.

My coins did not increase after watching a video

Coins are granted when the video finishes. If you close it early, nothing is awarded. If you did watch it to the end and still see no coins, check Service status — the server may be unreachable.

The reward video does not appear

There is a daily limit on reward videos. When you reach it, the button stops offering them until the next day. Ads can also be unavailable for a while if none are in stock; try again in a few minutes.

I bought Soul Stones but did not receive them

Soul stones are confirmed with the App Store first, then granted. If the app closed in between, open it again — the purchase is picked up on the next launch. If it still does not arrive, email us with the date and the App Store receipt.

Soul stones are exchanged for coins in the shop, and are also used to open new packs of souls.

Can I turn off the ads?

There is no ad-free purchase at the moment. Banner and full-screen ads help keep the game free.
